I make films about hospitality. I’m interested in the people who make a dining experience what it is: chefs and restaurateurs, the front of house, growers and suppliers, designers and guests.

I like getting to know the people I’m filming. It comes from there: documentary-led stories about the thought, skill and personalities behind a dining experience.
